First of all, let's start with the presentation of the winegrowers and craftsmen of Mailhac.

• Domaine La Tasque:
  You like wineand you want to discover the life of winegrowers in our village, Juliet and Simon are happy to share their passion by offering you their activities.
  1) Winegrower's walk: A moment when our guests can gather around an activity full of flavors. Juliet and Simon invite you to discover their vineyards, to walk there and to   taste 4 wines while sharing small aperitif dishes. Then, return to the cellar for an explanation of vinification and aging.
  Minimum 6 people
  2) Tasting in the cellar: Juliet, a Master of wine graduate, will take the time to explain organic viticulture and the philosophy of an artisanal winemaker. All while tasting 5 wines from the Domaine.
  3) Harvest: during the harvest, Juliet and Simon offer you a short tour of the cellar and a tasting of the wine in full vinification. Nature often reserves many surprises, so it is impossible to specify the moment of this activity.Often, at the end of August for the rosé wine and until the beginning of October for the reds.
  Want to share a moment around wine with Juliet and Simon, do not hesitate to keep us informed, it is with pleasure that we will reserve your activity for you.
• Domaine Pierre Fil: Domaine Pierre Fil is a family estate that has been passed down for 7 generations. It is with pleasure that the team will arouse your curiosity about wine. She offers you a free visit and/or tasting in the cellar. Would you like to discover this estate which will surprise you with its wines with intense aromas? Go to their place, schedule your visit or even ask us to arrange this beautiful meeting around wine.
• Les Tuileries: François and Anne welcome you to their estate so that you can taste their wines. In July and August, every Friday they organize the discovery of their wines in a guinguette atmosphere. Grilled meats, cold cuts and cheeses will be on the menu for tasting. A warm moment that can also be offered to a group at lunchtime.Do not hesitate to inform us of your desire to meet Anne and François and we will fix the appointment.

• La Chèvrerie Combebelle: a place where it is a pleasure to go to buy authentic cheeses or other gourmet dishes (sausage, terrines...). In the evening (5 p.m.) you will have the opportunity to participate in the milking of the goats.

• AS Quad Occitanie: Want to discover our magnificent region while riding a quad? Go on an adventure with Angélique, passionate about walks and hikes. She will make you discover the region according to your expectations and your level in order to guarantee this activity in complete safety. During this experience, Angélique will make a point of honor on the pleasure of a quad ride with respect for everyone and nature. The nearest starting point is Argeliers, 5 minutes by car from us. Want to take advantage of this experience, do not hesitate to visit its website or ask us for more information.
  Remember to book this activity 24 hours in advance and wear closed shoes.
• I'll Take You: discover our region with Mickaël "Passionate about nature and in love with this territory, I suggest you accompany me on the paths that crisscross this beautiful region. We will cross pine forests and scrubland, walk along the edge of ponds or from the sea to discover the landscapes, nature, history and local legends. At the end of the journey we will share a glass of friendship."
• La Fount del Bosc is a family business set in a landscape that craves a sense of serenity. Here, go on horseback accompanied by Valérie Martinez, a horse riding enthusiast, to discover the jewels of our region.
• Les Roumanisses: Nicolas, producer of essential oils in Mailhac, welcomes you to help you discover his passion. You will discover how essential oils are made and what their virtues are.This free visit interests you, so remember to let us know and we will schedule your meeting with Nicolas together. The little extra, we will recommend a nice walk to get there and enjoy beautiful landscapes.

• LANGUEDOC VTT EVASION: Hugo, mountain bike guide instructor and bike rental company in Narbonne, accompanies you to discover the charms of Narbonne by electric mountain bike.
  With the electric mountain bike, it's more fun and more discovery to share with family or friends.
  Let yourself be guided and enjoy the landscapes such as the vineyards of Corbières, the ponds of Peyriac de Mer, the pine forest of La Clape or the gorges of the Cesse in Minerve. Remember to book your bikes.
• Les Ailes Argeliésoises: By helicopter or ULM come and admire the sublime landscapes of our region. Every Wednesday in July and August, a pilot from the Argeliers aerodrome will have the pleasure of talking to you about his passion and will offer you the various flight activities. • CAP AU SUD boat: 3 different departure locations are available to you in order to discover our region in its different facets.
  • Le Somail: board a magnificent traditional wooden gavarre. Here, you pass twice through the heart of a lock and admire a typically Mediterranean landscape.
  • Beziers:you embark to discover the 9 famous locks of Fonséranes.
  • Port La Nouvelle: board the panoramic boat La Cathare for a cruise to Sainte Lucie Island, a preserved nature reserve. You discover natural landscapes with exceptional fauna and flora.
