Table d'hôtes

Our concept is to live a moment when your taste buds are awakened by tasting products from our vegetable garden and the region , all in a friendly atmosphere.
In good season, barbecue and plancha will be at the rendezvous.

Origin of our products
  • Most of the vegetables you will find on your plate come from our vegetable garden . Likewise since 2021, we have produced a small amount of olive oil. We will be delighted to make you discover it during our tables d'hôtes.
  • Chèvrerie Combebelle in Biz-Minervois: goat cheese you won't forget.
  • Le Mas d'Antonin in Argeliers: olive oil, olives, olive puree, truffles, ... products that will delight your taste buds during our tables d'hôtes.
  • We go there mainly for the smoked hams at La Ferme Névianaise . However, there is also a small shop where you will find very nice local products.
  • Top fruits located in Argeliers: we are lucky enough to be able to pick fruits and vegetables ourselves.
  • EARL Bernard Sabatier in Tourouzelle: we get apples and juice. In addition, it has a small shop that is full of local products. We can thus obtain cheese and charcuterie. An address not to be missed if you want to bring back products from our region.
  • La miellerie du Somail: for breakfast and in our honey-based recipes, discover a high-quality product.
  • Chevaline Boucherie David and Gwendo: on Mondays it is with pleasure that we go to the Place de Mailhac to look for meat and other charcuterie.
  • Les Volailes du Lauragais, Sté Pradal et Fils : this time it's Thursday morning that we go to the Ginestas market to get our meat, cold cuts and eggs.
  • Les Halles de Narbonne: we regularly go to the halls to meet Christophe, fishmonger of "L'Espadon"always great advice. We go to the grocery store "La Tasse Gourmande" for our teas and to "Un Brin Gourmand" for our spices, our guests love to discover lemon pepper.
  • The Oulibo: as an aperitif, discover their olives.
  • The wines: we mainly work with the winegrowers of Mailhac "Le Domaine La Tasque" , "Le Dommaine Pierre Fil" , "Le Domaine Les Tuileries" , "The cooperative cellar: Pouzols-Mailhac" and "The cooperative cellar of Argeliers" .
In July and August:
Table d'hôtes only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
On Saturday and Sunday, single dish at 18€/person with aperitif and wine.

From September to June:
Possibility to reserve a table d'hôtes every day.

Price of the table d'hôtes: 30€/person including aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, local wine and coffee
