The conviviality of the table d'hôtes

Our concept is to experience a moment where your taste buds are awakened by tasting products from our vegetable garden and the region , all in a friendly atmosphere.
In good season, barbecue, plancha and plancha brazier will be there.

Origin of our products

  • The majority of fruits and vegetables that you will find on your plate come from our vegetable garden . Likewise since 2021, we have made a small quantity of olive oil. We will be delighted to introduce you to it during our guest tables.
  • Chèvrerie Combebelle in Biz-Minervois: goat cheese that you will not forget.
  • Le Mas d'Antonin in Argeliers: olive oil, olives, olive puree, truffles, ... products that will delight your taste buds at our guest tables.
  • EARL Bernard Sabatier in Tourouzelle: we get apples and juice. Additionally, it has a small shop full of local products. We can thus obtain cheese and cold meats. An address not to be missed if you want to bring back products from our region.
  • Chevaline Boucherie David and Gwendo: on Mondays it is with pleasure that we go to the Place de Mailhac to look for meat and other cold meats.
  • GAEC d'Empare Pradal: eggs and poultry come from this small producer in a neighboring village. With a little luck, you will come across him one morning during his delivery to us.
  • Les Vinaigres Cyril Codina: located in one of the most beautiful villages in France in Lagrasse. We use these vinegars to accompany a salad but also through other dishes and desserts.
  • Les Halles de Narbonne: we regularly go to the market to meet Christophe, fishmonger of "L'Espadon" , who always gives very good advice. We go to the grocery store ""La Tasse Gourmande"" for our teas and to ""Un Brin Gourmand"" for our spices, our guests love discovering lemon pepper.
  • The Oulibo: as an aperitif discover their olives.
  • The wines: we work mainly with the winegrowers of Mailhac "Le Domaine La Tasque" , "Le Dommaine Pierre Fil" , "Le Domaine Les Tuileries" , "The cooperative cellar: Pouzols-Mailhac" and ""The cooperative cellar of Argeliers "", Le Château Landure.
