Conditions intended for the exclusive use of the customers of the guest rooms and the gîte "Le Coq du Nord"


Article 2 Arrival & departure
The client must present himself for arrival between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must inform the owner. On the day of departure, the customer must vacate the premises by 10 a.m. at the latest. Any overtime is charged with an additional night.

Article 3: Use of premises
The customer must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with their destination. He undertakes to return the rooms or the gîte in perfect condition, and to leave all the objects present in the room or the gîte.
Only people who have booked are allowed to enter the premises. It is forbidden to welcome outside people in the accommodation allocated to you without the prior agreement of the owners.
For a peaceful night, calm is essential from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
For guest rooms, a space is dedicated to you for your lunch picnic (11 a.m. to 5 p.m.) . Crockery is at your disposal. Please put the dirty dishes in the tray intended for this purpose.
For everyone's safety, always lock the doors.

Article 4: Use of the guest rooms lounge
This room remains available to people staying in bed and breakfast 24 hours a day.

Article 5: Non-smoker
The cottage, guest rooms and the entire guest house are non-smoking. We invite you to smoke outside.


Section 6: It is forbidden to take meals in the guest rooms. It is also forbidden to drink and eat around the swimming pool.

Article 7: Breakfasts for guests of guest rooms
Breakfasts are served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. For an earlier breakfast, the request must be made on arrival.


ARTICLE 8: Swimming pool
Use of the swimming pool: Within the framework of French regulations on the use of family swimming pools open to guests (objective: to avoid accidents of which children are victims) and with the aim of allowing harmonious use, these swimming pool regulations have been drawn up. .

Article 9: Thefts and accidents
The owner declines all responsibility in the event of theft or bodily injury occurring in the property.


Section 10: Parking
Parking spaces are available free of charge. We decline all responsibility in the event of snagging, vandalism or other.

Article 11: Deckchair
Towels to reserve a deckchair are prohibited. The owners will remove these if the deckchair is not used in order to allow guests present at the swimming pool to benefit from them.µ

Article 12: Bicycles
We provide you with bicycles. Remember to book them in advance. A deposit of €50 per bike will be required.

Article 13: Lodging
  • You are staying in a place where the wind picks up very quickly, remember to close the parasol before you leave.
  • A barbecue is at your disposal. Adults are responsible for this one. The owners decline all responsibility in the event of an accident. At the end of the stay, the barbecue must be emptied and cleaned.
  • Garbage cans are available to you. Remember to empty them regularly to avoid the company of pests. When you leave, these must be emptied.
  • When you leave, remember to take all your food with you.
Article 14: Privacy
The owners do not enter the guest rooms if you want a little cleaning to be given, do not hesitate to report it.
Nevertheless, if the owners notice a problem in the gîte or a bed and breakfast, they reserve the right to enter in the event of the tenant's absence.

Article 15: Energy
Remember to turn off lights, ventilation and heating when you are away.

Article 16: Pets are not allowed
