GENERAL CONDITIONS Article 1 - This contract concerns the rental of a guest room at "Le Coq du Nord - Mailhac" located rue des Fonts, 27, 11120 Mailhac. This is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. A swimming pool shared with the guests of the guest rooms and the lodging is accessible. Article 2- length of stay : The tenant signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay. Article 3 - conclusion of the contract : The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has sent the owner the deposit indicated as well as a copy of the signed contract before 10 days after receipt of this contract.The rental concluded between the parties to this deed may in no case benefit even partially to third parties, natural or legal persons, except with the written consent of the owner. Any infringement of this last paragraph would be liable to result in the immediate termination of the rental at the fault of the tenant, the rental income remaining definitively acquired by the owner. Article 4 - cancellation by the tenant :Any cancellation must be notified to the owner, with acknowledgment of receipt. a) cancellation before arrival at the scene: the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises. Except for the reimbursement conditions provided on our website in connection with the COVID situation.If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours of the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his guest room. The deposit also remains with the owner who will ask for the balance of the rental. b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made. Article 5- Cancellation by the owner : The owner pays the tenant all sums paid in advance. Article 6 - arrival : The tenant must arrive on the day specified in the time slot mentioned on this contract. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.Article 7 - payment of the balance : The balance of the rental is paid 15 days before arrival. Article 8 - use of the premises : The tenant will respect the Charter of Benevolence below in order to ensure the peaceful character of the rental and to use it in accordance with the destination of the premises.Article 11 - capacity : This contract is established for a maximum capacity of 2 people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity of reception, the owner can refuse the additional people. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the customer. Article 12 - animals: This contract specifies that pets are not allowed. In case of non respect of this clause by the tenant, the owner will refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made. Article 13 - insurance : The tenant is responsible for all damages arising from his fault. He is required to be insured .Article 14 - payment of charges : Water and electricity charges are included in the rental price, for normal use. In the event of abnormal use, the charges may be re-invoiced to the tenant. Article 15 - disputes : Any complaint relating to the rental will be dealt with by the competent court.GITE RENTAL AGREEMENT

It is an apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a lounge area, an outdoor terrace and a swimming pool shared with the guests of the guest rooms. If this does not correspond, you must report it at the latest the day after your arrival before 10 a.m. This inventory constitutes the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory of fixtures. The state of cleanliness of the lodging on the arrival of the tenant must be noted.The cleaning of the premises in normal use is the responsibility of the owner. In the event of abnormal use of the premises, or exceptional soiling, the amount of cleaning costs will be re-invoiced to the tenant. Article 9 - Security deposit or surety : On arrival of the tenant, a security deposit, the amount of which is indicated in this present contract, is requested by the owner. After the contradictory establishment of the exit inventory, this deposit is returned, after deduction of the cost of repairing the premises if damage is observed.In the event of early departure (prior to the time mentioned on this contract) preventing the establishment of the inventory on the day of the tenant's departure, the security deposit is returned by the owner within a period not exceeding not a week. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must inform the owner. On the day of departure, the customer must vacate the premises by 10 am at the latest.Any time overrun is billed for an additional night. Article 3: Use of the premises The client must respect the peaceful character of the premises and make use of them in accordance with their destination. He undertakes to return the rooms or the lodging in perfect condition, and to leave all the objects present in the room or the lodging. Only people who have reserved are authorized to enter the premises. It is forbidden to accommodate outsiders in the accommodation allocated to you without the prior consent of the owners.For a peaceful night, calm is essential from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. For guest rooms, a space is dedicated to you for your lunchtime picnic (11 am-5pm). Crockery is available to you. Please store dirty dishes in the container provided for this purpose. For everyone's safety, always keep the doors locked.Remember to turn off the lights behind you. Article 4: Use of the guest room lounge This room is available to people staying in guest rooms 24 hours a day.Article 5: Non-smoking The lodging, the guest rooms as well as the entire guest house are non-smoking. We invite you to smoke outside. Article 6 : It is forbidden to take meals in guest rooms. It is also forbidden to eat and drink near the swimming pool.Article 7: Breakfasts for bed and breakfast guests Breakfasts are served from 7:30 am until 9:30 am. For an earlier breakfast, the request must be made on arrival. ARTICLE 8: Swimming poolUse of the swimming pool: Within the framework of the French regulations on the use of family swimming pools open to guests (objective: to avoid accidents of which children are victims) and in order to allow a harmonious use, this swimming pool regulation has been drawn up . To. The owners remind all their customers that there is no pool surveillance b. The swimming pool being a family swimming pool, its use is reserved only for the members of the family of the owners and for the people staying in bed and breakfast or in lodge at the following times: 10h to 19h. Any user of the swimming pool must be covered by Civil Liability, defense and recourse insurance. The owner, on repeated breaches of one of the articles, can withdraw the authorization to access the pool area that he has previously granted without any compensation whatsoever. Article 9: Thefts and accidentsThe owner declines all responsibility in the event of theft or bodily injury occurring in the property. Article 10: Parking Parking spaces are available free of charge. We decline all responsibility in case of snagging, vandalism or other. Article 11: Deckchair Towels for reserving a deckchair are prohibited.The owners will withdraw these if the deckchair is not used in order to allow the guests present at the swimming pool to benefit from it. Article 12: Bicycles We provide you with bicycles. Remember to reserve them beforehand. A deposit of 50 € per bike will be required. Article 13: Lodging
  • You are staying in a place where the wind rises very quickly, remember to close the parasol before your departure.
  •  A barbecue is at your disposal. Adults are responsible for it. The owners decline all responsibility in the event of an accident. At the end of the stay, the barbecue must be emptied and cleaned.
  •  Garbage cans are available to you. Remember to empty them regularly to avoid the company of pests. When you leave, these must be emptied.
  • When you leave, remember to take all your food with you.
 Article 14: Privacy
The owners do not enter the guest rooms if you want a little cleaning to be given, do not hesitate to point out.
However, if the owners notice a problem in the cottage or a guest room, they reserve the right to enter in the event of the tenant's absence.Article 15: Energy Remember to turn off lights, ventilation and heating when you are away.
