Personalized themed stay

For the past three years , together with our partners, we have been offering themed stays on specific dates. However, we have noticed a great deal of interest in these stays, often at other times of the year . To meet this demand, we have decided to offer you the possibility of customizing your themed stays throughout the year, with the exception of July and August .

To do so, the stay must be a minimum of 2 nights for a group of at least 6 people. When making your reservation, please contact us to discuss your wishes and preferences. We will then work with our partners to check their availability and organize a tailor-made stay that meets your expectations . All guests staying during this period will be invited to join the original group.

Here is an overview of the activities that our partners can offer you:

- The history of Minervois wine , introduction to local aromas and grape varieties, walk in the vineyards, harvest, grape maturity test, cellar visit, tasting... The winemakers of Mailhac (Domaine Pierre Fil, Domaine La Tasque, Domaine Les Tuileries and Château Landure) welcome you.

- Discovering essential oils with Nicolas from Les Roumanisses.

- Blind tasting of Cyril Codina's vinegars followed by a meal at the host's table.

- Walk through the olive groves and truffle grounds of Mas d'Antonin, with truffle hunting demonstration.

- Exploring the world of the olive with L'Oulibo.

- Mindful wine tasting with Sophrovigne.

- Off-road vehicle adventure with TRD Off-Road or AS Quad Occitanie to discover the region.

- Bike or electric scooter outings with Big Up Cycling.

The key words for the event are "conviviality" and"the pleasure of the table".
